Should I Worry About A Hard Lump Under My Incision?

I has been 4 weeks since I had my c-section. I feel much better than I did in the first couple of weeks. I was taking a shower today and I can feel a hard lumpy mass about 3/4" by 2" under my incision on the left side. Is the lump from scar tissue or should I call my doctor?
