How Do I Ease The Pain Of My Swollen Breasts?
I've chosen not to breastfeed and my milk just came in. I can't believe how much my breasts hurt. When I hold my baby it hurts when he touches them. What can I do to relieve the pain in my breasts?

You must release the milk through a breast pump. Your breast is swollen because of the milk. Hence, you can breastfed your baby if you are not working yet. Once you opt to work, bring breast pump with and immediately if starts to swell, pump it to release the milk.
