My Son's Legs Are Still Bowed.

My son was 9 pounds 8 ounces when he was born. His legs were bowed pretty badly when he was born. His pediatrician said that that is pretty common with large babies because of the cramped quarters in the uterus. He is now 13 months old and his legs are still slightly bowed. He hasn't started walking yet. Will his legs always be bowed and is that why he isn't walking yet?
