Will Laser Surgery Help My Chances Of Having Children?

5 years ago I was diagnosed with fallopian tube blockages in both tubes. At that time my doctor suggested laser surgery to open the tubes. My husband and I decided to look into adoption instead. We came very close to a successful adoption and then the birth mother backed out at the last minute. We're so heartbroken, we're afraid to try again. We're thinking again about having a baby ourselves. Will laser surgery on my fallopian tubes help our infertility issues?
