How Will I Know If It Is Really Teething?

Every time something happens to my son, someone says it is teething. Fever. Teething. Fussy. Teething, etc. It is really frustrating because I don't know how to help him. How will I know when it is really teething?

Yes, sometimes if the baby is teething, they are having slight fever. You may notice that their gums are reddish and usually they are always freeing saliva. Some of the babies too, have slight loose bowel movement if they are teething. Just ensure to be observant so that nothing worse will happen.
