I am very careful about my baby's diapers. I keep her clean and dry. This morning when she woke up she has a sore patch on her left buttock. What makes diaper rash happen?

Usually, diaper rashes are due to overexposure to urine and sweat. You may use nappy ointments such as Calmoseptine, which is made of zinc oxide and calamine. It really relieves the redness and itchiness. Keep baby fresh and dry. Do not let the diaper contain urine for too long or better yet do not wait for the diaper to be full before changing it.
