Where Can I Take My Daughter For A Child Development Screening?

I'm starting to get concerned that my 10 month old isn't developing at the pace that she should be. I've only seen her sit up on her own once and she doesn't crawl yet. She will pull himself up on her knees but then she stops. Where can I take my daughter for a child development screening?
