By Law, Are There Predetermined Caregiver To Child Ratios At Daycare Centers?

I don't have too many options for childcare in my area. There is one daycare center in town. I'm worried with so few options they may have too many children in there care and my baby won't get enough attention. By law, are there predetermined caregiver to child ratios at daycare centers?
