What Is The Difference Between Pregnancy Induced Hypertension And Toxemia?

At my appointment today my doctor said that my blood pressure was elevated. He had me lay on my left side for about 5 minutes and when he came back it was back down to normal. He said that I may be at risk for pregnancy induced hypertension or toxemia. I thought they were the same thing. What is the difference between pregnancy induced hypertension and toxemia?
