Are The Vitamins That I Can Add To My Homemade Baby Food?

I started making my baby's food myself about 2 weeks ago and she seems to really like it. Is there a way that I can add more vitamins to the food for additional nutritional value?

Tuesday 23rd of February 2010 05:50:22 AM The vitamins the baby needs to grow up are all in the vegetables and fruits she eats. To make sure they keep all the nutrients make sure that they are fresh. Always give the fruits in their raw state, and don't prepare them until you are going to serve them. Usually they start loosing their proprieties if they sit around too long.
As for the veggies, the best way to keep their nutrients and vitamins is to prepare them using a steamer.
And for a plus of vitamins, offer your baby some orange juicy daily. Make sure the juice is fresh and serve it to your baby as soon as you prepare it
