Is There A Way To Freeze Bananas?

I hit a great bargain on bananas this morning and bought a boat load. I would like to try freezing some, but I'm not sure how. Is there a way to freeze bananas without the turning brown and nasty?

Bananas when frozen don't turn brown, just the peel does. When you take bananas out of the freezer you must use them right away or they will be mush no matter what. If you leave the peel on you have a hard time getting it off unless you wait for it to thaw out which means your working with mush. The best way to avoid this is to peel the bananas first and put them in a ziploc bag and then freeze them. Works great for banana bread
