If I Cook Up Frozen Veggies, Can I Refreeze Them?

I have been using small amounts of frozen fruits and veggies at a time when I make baby food, but now that my baby is eating more, it would be a lot more convenient to refreeze serving sized portions. Can I cook up frozen veggies and then refreeze them when I've made the baby food?
