How Do I Know My Baby Is Safe With A Resort Babysitter?

My wife and I are planning our first trip to Disney World. We have 3 children, one of which is only 13 months old. There are a few things that we would really like to do with our older children, but we are unsure of the babysitting service that our resort has to offer. How do we know we can trust our resort babysitter?
