Is It Normal To Have An Ache "down There" When Your Ovulating?

I have been TTC for 6 months. I'm now using an ovulation kit and I've noticed that when I should be ovulating my labia ache. Is it normal to have a dull ache down there during ovulation or is it a bad sign?
