Will My Baby's Ears Pop, Too?

I absolutely hate the pressure effect on my ears at take off. I use the gum chewing method to ease a little of the tension. I'm assuming my baby's ears will pop, too. How can I ease the affects of the pressure change on her little ears during take off?
