Vivid Dreams During Pregnancy
|
I have been having extremely erotic dreams about people that I know. They are generally about people that I wouldn't take any kind of romantic interest in. I know that they are just dreams, but they make me uncomfortable. Is it normal to have dreams like this?

Thursday 18th of February 2010 12:55:37 PM Yes, this is perfectly normal. Your hormone levels go through the roof while you are pregnant. This causes you to have the weird dreams and act differently. You shouldn't feel ashamed because most pregnant women will have a dream like that about someone at one point in their pregnancy.

Thursday 18th of February 2010 04:35:56 PM Many women complain of vivid dreams during pregnancy, and although there is no known reason why, they can be deeply disturbing to some. Perhaps your subconscious mind is telling you that you need some TLC? Maybe getting some bedroom action might stop the dreams you are having. And even if it doesn't, unfortunatly there is nothing you can do about it as you can't control what you dream.

Saturday 20th of February 2010 04:33:27 PM yes it is , due to the fact the body is bombed with hormons and it can't not 'face' them make us to react even in sleep.
I have encountered such dreams , vivid one.Maybe your sex life it is not so full like it used to be so could be another reason.
You should let them go, don't bother because of them!

Monday 22nd of February 2010 04:15:05 AM All I know is that strange things happen to us while we are pregnant! It may be just your own sub-conscious way of reacting to the pregnancy, increase in hormones, and similar reasons. Although you may not understand why you are having these dreams, I am sure that there is nothing to worry about, and it is just a phase you are going through. Try to occupy your mind with something completely different before you go to sleep, instead of worrying that you will have the same dreams again.

Thursday 4th of March 2010 04:00:22 AM Dreams sometimes are caused by what we wanted to have, what we expect to have, what we hated so much that you wouldn't touch on going there, our desires and wants and so forth and so forth. It is the subconscious mind playing tricks on your head which is either a reflection of what you wanted or what you don't want.
