How Do I Find Time To Write Everything Down?

Before my son was born, I filled in as many sections of his baby book as I could. Now that he's here, it seems like I'm up 24 hours a day but don't have a minute to spare, let alone take notes on the random moments that make me smile. Do you have any tips on how to keep track of the important things when you don't have any spare time?

Honestly it is really hard to do journals, writing and the like to list and capture every moment. Its good that today is full of technology on how to capture and save events of life. What I did was, I make here own website or networking. I post few pictures and his statuses are his questions and rare thinking as a child.
